Applications are no longer being accepted. We are reviewing applications already received and we are nearing capacity.
Applications are actively being reviewed by our volunteer committee on a rolling basis. We appreciate your patience during this time and appreciate your interest in supporting our band programs and students.
If approved, you will be emailed. Please allow a minimum of 7 days to receive an email. Once approved, payment will be due immediately. If payment is not received within the timeframe stated, you may lose your opportunity to participate.
In February or March, we will post a new form for those interested in a booth for our 2025 show.
