Situated in Canton’s downtown Jones Park, this annual Fine Arts Festival, hosted by Canton Main Street and held during the first full weekend of June features for viewing and purchase, original art work from the best of our Midwest artists! Visitors to the festival can also enjoy local music, food and wine!

Junction Rose

A “Junction” is a point where two or more things connect. This semi-dry rosè is a blend of northern and southern Illinois grapes which are grown 100’s of miles apart. We’ve brought them together to add complexity and create a new wine unlike any other. This wine is crisp, fruity, floral, and is made to be enjoyed with great food and great company.

Junction White

This locally-grown semi-sweet white is loaded with stone and tropical fruit aromas, and has enough acidity to work with a variety of foods. No oak touched this wine, so expect something bold, fruity, and fun.

Spoon River Red

This dry, bourbon barrel-aged red is different than most. The grapes are all Illinois-grown red varieties that have a distinct flavor profile. We tried to tread lightly, integrating the barrel bouquet rather than letting it dominate. As a result, the wine is balanced and complex, with fresh and dried fruit aromas and flavors, some herbal and spice complexity, and warm toasty barrel notes rounding it out. The structure is pleasant, with a warm lingering finish. Spoon River Red should pair great with aged cheeses, grilled meats, and even wild game.

Concord

This is a sweet, bourbon barrel-aged Concord wine, but the sweetness is balanced with bright acidity and smooth tannins from the barrel. It should pair great with burgers, camp fires, and air guitar. Best served chilled.

Honey Apple

This is the first wine we created – it’s a nod to a type of mead called “cyser”, where honey is fermented with apple juice. However, we sourced local apples and honey, then aged ours in bourbon barrels to add another level of complexity. It’s surprisingly big for an apple wine, with bright apple flavors layered over a honey foundation. The barrel adds a little vanilla, body, and a touch of heat on the finish. This semi-dry wine should work well with holiday meals, but is really impressive all by itself, lightly chilled.
