Blue Sky Vineyards
With the grapes planted and the winemaking underway, our family turned their sights toward the winery itself. Nancy Karen Brian, Chairman of the Department of Design at California State University, Fresno, designed the Tuscan inspired Blue Sky Winery. After years of dedication and attention to every detail we opened our doors to the world on July 4th, 2005. Ever since then, we have continually strived to create a place of great tranquility.
Customer service anything but welcoming. We felt very unwelcomed in a place we have never been. Service absolutely poor. We where so excited that we had a winery so close to where we are staying. The building is beautiful, the wine Good. However the service, has made us decide to drive further for a good glass of wine.
Having done the Napa Valley tours many times, I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and flavor. I tried the chocolate cake, it was OMG delicious. Becky tried the Misterioso semi-sweet, and i tried the Infinity semi-Sweet. Both very nice.
Cute winery with a Tuscan feel. Wines were good!
Unhappy with our experience today Blue Sky, sorry but we ended up walking out since the cashier was too busy handling an empty room & a difficult transaction I guess. We told him thanks anyway & his reply was "Sorry folks".
Everything was delicious! 2 dry whites 3 dry reds.
