Fergedaboudit Vineyard And Winery

4595 West Speer Road

Open: Year-Round

Rosario's winery is a special place for family and friends to gather that he wants to share with everyone. It's opening as a boutique winery and it's going to stay a boutique winery. He wants to keep his winery special...unique. Rosario's not a boaster. He just enjoys people smiling and enjoying life and sharing hospitality. His winery is going to be an Illinois winery with mostly Illinois grown grapes. He's opening it locally and it's going to stay local.

Rosario also wants to produce the best wine he can make. So, he also imports some California grapes and produces wines with them. Although Illinois is a great place to grow wine, it doesn't have the same growing season as California. He will do whatever it takes for you, the consumer and friend, to have the class of fine wine you deserve. Fergedaboudit wines have won several bronze, silver, and gold medals in Illinois state wine competitions.

Love the name, very original. The wines are not to be forgotten. Beautiful setting and winery, can't wait until we get a chance to get back. The staff is very knowledgeable about the wines and the area.

This winery is amazing! The view is glorious and is only beaten by the wonderful staff. Vickie is spectacular!! They answered any questions we had and even stayed late having a glass of wine with us. Very personable and makes you feel right at home. My friends and I had a stellar time and would return without hesitation. Five stars plus two ;)

My friends and I had an extraordinary experience at Fergedaboudit Winery! The space was lovey, the vista was gorgeous and the wines were unique and delicious. Best of all, our hostess, Frieda, was wonderfully friendly, generous with her knowledge of the wines, the winery, and the history of the area. She took lots of extra time to give us a wine-tasting event that fed our souls as well as our palettes! The place is a little hard to find, but very well worth the trip! Don't miss it!!

The wine there is awesome. My wife and I love drier wines and we found a winery that does them well. The views are spectacular and the tasting room is very clean and decorated well. The PSP with the two ponds is so tranquil. Highly recommend sitting out there with the cheese platter and a bottle.
