Heap's Giant Pumpkin Farm

4853 US Highway 52
815-651-7288

We are located in Northern Illinois about eight miles west of I-55 on US Route 52 in Minooka, IL. We are a working farm that raises corn, soybeans and over 90 different varieties of pumpkins, gourds, and squash. We also have a variety of different farm animals. We have over 25 acres of pumpkins! Pre-picked pumpkins are available on site or you can take U-Pick Hay Ride to the pumpkin patch to find that perfect pumpkin.

Heap's is a great place to visit during the fall! There are not very many places where you can go out to a 25 acre pumpkin patch and pick your pumpkin straight from the vine. We are a family run farm. Visit Linda Kay's Craft Shop for fall decor, baskets, and more! Grab some food from Papa Heap's Grill, pork burgers are his specialty! Of course, Kevin is the one who grows the 90 varieties of pumpkins, gourds and squash! And Stacy will make sure you leave with a great deal!

We wanted to try a new place for our pumpkin patch this year and I’m glad we stopped by. You go on the hayride but then you get out to pick your own pumpkin. It was so awesome. Wear good shoes And bring gloves to go pumpkin 🎃 picking. I couldn’t believe how much it pricked my hands. The mums were huge and very affordable as well ! The pumpkin prices are by far the cheapest that I have ever seen, good quality to. The wait was not that long everyone had a great time.

This patch has the best caramel apples. It's one of our stops the kids enjoy it. Milo's Castle was under construction however it's now open the kids enjoyed it. This place is free you choose what activities to do but a pkg is under $10.00 not bad compared to other patches.

Free admission and free parking. inside you pay for whatever you want to do. I like this option better because I have a 1-yr old who cannot go for all activities. They have also good food (hamburgers, hotdogs, cookies...)

Kids had a blast. The corn maze was just just large enough without being overkill. Prices were reasonable.

This is always a favorite place to visit each year! The playground is awesome, fun hay ride and corn bins. Everyone who works there is friendly.
