Monroe Actors Stage Company (MASC) was founded in 1999 by a group of enthusiastic residents who shared a love for the theatre. After humble beginnings, today we are entertaining over 2,000 appreciative patrons per season. We have a 5 show season from September through June with summer camps for children. We were recently recognized by the New York Times for our production of 'The Flood', a musical based on the trials of local residents who not only survived the 1993 flood but rebuilt their town on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi river.
We are proud to serve the local community with quality theatrical productions and provide the artistic outlet for many of our talented citizens. We welcome all community members to become part of our community theatre and to help us carry on a tradition for years to come.
