We had my daughter's party there yesterday (1/13/18).The amount of money that I paid for the party was ridiculous compared to what I got for it. The customer service was awful, I had to remind them about the pinata for my daughter's party which was finally brought out 20 minutes before the party was over and we still hadn't even done cake yet even though I had asked for the cake to be brought out. Even though nobody was in line for the bathtub race track we kept getting asked to stop after 2 times around the track. If there isn't anyone waiting in line, shouldn't we be able to continue until someone else comes? I'm paying over $400 for the party, I think we can be allowed to enjoy what the party comes with (which is pretty much nothing). Had no idea who our party coordinator was, had to keep asking different people for things that we needed (what party room we were in, the pinata, the cake, etc.) It was basically a bunch of teenagers running the show and they had no idea what they were doing. And, they charged my card twice for our party. When I saw $900 was gone from my account I almost had a heart attack. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone on what they plan to do in order to refund the second charge.
***update*** 1/15/18. The owner called me to refund their mistake of running a second party charge on my card and there was no apology, no remorse, nothing. Just a brisk straightforward demeanor like this was some small mistake that happens everyday. Charging $415 twice is not some small mistake!!! The least you can do is apologize. Never again.
