The Wood Dale Park District is a separate municipal agency established for the purpose of providing parks, facilities and recreational programs for the community. The Park District is responsible for the maintenance, operation and administration of parks and park facilities under its jurisdiction. The Park District is governed by five elected commissioners, who set policies for the operation of the Park District. Regular Park Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm, in the Recreation Complex at 111 E. Foster Avenue. Residents are invited to attend and are welcome to make suggestions or constructive comments to improve the programs or facilities that we can offer to you.
