Service was slow, the staff was arguing with each other. The manager was very rude to customers and staff. The manager talked bad about my order while I was standing there, and when she was told I had walked in the store she tried to blame it on she was talking about another car. I shouldn't of had to come in to get my food when I came through drive through anyway. I won't be going here anymore. This was on Harlem and Bloomingdale.

Service was very slow, not enough staff filling orders one staffer thought it was more important to be taking personal calls then to be filling orders and doing their job. Waited 10 minutes before they even took my order and had to wait another 15 for it to be filled and there was only two people ahead of me that had already given the orders and we're waiting. Seems like the drive-thru was the only ones getting good service.

All they have is people who dont know how to work and allways taking forever when there is no other customers, would not reccomend coming here at all, machines always breaking down and very unsanitary as well.

This is the worst BK in the world. It needs to be shut down! The drive thru speaker never works. I came in and the ice machines ard out of order 3 out of 5 sodas nossels ard out of order. Asked for a milk shake they don't gave any the machine is broken. Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich because they had to cook it. Jyst shut thus dump up.
