If I could rate zero stars i would.. is my first visit to any Burger King location in over a decade ... I was hoping the visit was going to be pleasant ... But I was wrong ... The woman who was taking my order was very rude... She kept trying to rush me... Got my order wrong... Then a different person came on the speaker... He then proceeded to rush me... When I got my order the food was correct but the extra drinks I ordered or not... They forgot one... When I asked where my extra drink was... The cashier pretended like he couldn't hear what I said... I decided to check my bank balance... I got charged TWICE! TWICE! The food was not even great they added way too much mayonnaise... the chicken nuggets my son had we're almost like something you could have gotten at Aldi's
During breakfast time the food is fresh anytime after that it's like they don't give a damn about how well the food is prepared! Not to mention the lack of professionalism. I'll continue to eat at the BK on West Riverside.
I feel like the staff could've done a better job. The cashier up front was really slow. The crew member in drive thru had to jump on the register to help, with still doing drive. She puts me in mind of myself and she shouldn't have too everything. But she did an awesome job
I had a large order,that included several drinks.Even before I began to gather my food to go to my car,one of the employees asked me if I needed help carrying my food. Customer and Employee relations or just GOOD OLD FASHION KINDNESS!!WOW!! That young Lady made my day!THANKS!
I only go to Auburn St. I only order my food indoors so the orders are always made correct.
