The food was good. We had burgers, chicken fingers, and tacos and everything was good for fast food. There was nothing fast about the food, however. This location was under-staffed and slow. They had one person taking orders from both the line of people inside and the drive-thru alternating between one car and and one person in line. The same person was also packing/ assembling food the orders. Eventually someone else came in and started taking the drive thru orders, but the wait time by then was already incredibly behind. By the time I got my food, the first person in my group was almost done with hers. There was never any acknowledgement of the wait time either. No thank you or apologies for it.
After being in the northern states for less than a day it was a nice top. Friendly service quick and correct.
I can’t say that I have ever eaten here. In fact, I can’t say that I have ever stepped foot in this restaurant. What I can say, however, is that the manager shooed me away from the locked door and yelled “We’re closed” through the glass as I stood outside in drenched clothes during gale force winds and a tornado warning that forced me off of 57 on the way to St. Louis. If you’re looking for courtesy / basic respect for humanity, try the Pizza Hut next door.
Placed order and when I got to window was asked to pull forward, waited a few minutes and was handed barely warm sandwiches with untoasted bread on Frisco Breakfast Sandwiches!
This Hardee's was not in my state there are 0 Hardee's in my neighborhood however this Hardee's gave me the best burger I've ever had and I can't wait to go back and see this particular Hardee's again because the food was absolutely delicious
