Tasty sliders, but don't know about the nutrition part of it haha. If you are going to a family reunion or party, or if you have a big family and just want to get some dinner, I would recommend the crave case
Although the manager is usually very polite, the rest of the staff are as rude as can be. I'm not sure why any place would hire them. They hate their job or the customers or both, I'm not sure. I will say I usually only went here after 11pm on my way home from work so maybe the day staff is better, too bad. I personally won't be returning to this location. I'll also add that the food was good and met my expectations. So, if you don't mind bad service as long as the food is good, this is your place.
Waiter did not bring drink refills. Highchair for granddaughter was filthy. Good think I carry wipes in my purse.
This location is going downhill fast. Ambiance - The floors and tables were filthy. I stood while waiting for my order rather than sit in some nasty chair. They only had the large straws; they were out of the paper-wrapped variety. I ordered the advertised $7.99 Cheesy Sack but was charged $9.50 instead. After having the amount corrected I watched them make my sliders. After they were done cooking, it took almost 5 more minutes because the person who screwed up my order had to stop and talk for 30-45 second several times. She couldn't make the burgers and talk at the same time, but when she did make the burgers she did so haphazardly, meaning many buns were half on the burger and the cheese was stuck to the inside of the carton. The shift manager saw this, paused, but then ignored it. When my food was finally prepared, the person who took my order forgot who it was for and looked around confusedly. I said "thank you" when she handed me my order only to be met with a silent eye roll. Their freestyle Coke machine was out of many options. I only have a taste for White Castle every few months, but I will certainly go to another location when that time comes again.
People who work here are best. Make you feel like your at home. Love you Midlothian. Workers.
